Lin Yew Cheang is a new media artist, designer, and educator with more than 30 years of experience. As Head of Digital Media Design at The One Academy in Kuala Lumpur, he plays a key role in shaping emerging creative talent and supporting the city’s position as a UNESCO Creative City of Design.
His award-winning practice explores the intersection of art, technology, and human experience through experiential design and interactive spatial systems.
Lin’s work has been presented internationally at festivals including ISEA, ParticipART, and SIGGRAPH. Alongside his academic role, he has collaborated with global brands such as Nike and BMW.
Through both teaching and practice, he continues to explore how creative technology can shape meaningful experiences and drive innovation.
