Ellen Young is a regenerative designer, systems thinker and founder of Real Worlders, a movement helping people reclaim their attention and reconnect with what matters most.
Based in Whanganui, Aotearoa, New Zealand, her work spans placemaking, community development, digital wellbeing and civic engagement. Drawing on a background in philosophy and a Master's in Creative Enterprise and Innovation, Ellen applies regenerative design and systems thinking to complex social challenges, creating projects that are deeply collaborative, community-owned and designed for long-term impact.
Her work demonstrates how changing the way we design processes can fundamentally change the outcomes we create.
