An experienced design leader, Georgina returns to ThoughtFull to drive the creative vision and strategic growth of the studio. She leverages a deep expertise in human-centered design, brand, and innovation, acquired over a career split between New Zealand and New York.
Her extensive experience includes leading UX teams, delivering AI and data visualisation products, and founding a Strategic Design practice at Xero. She has also served as a Design Coach for Better by Design, a Project Lead at IDEO, and Design Director at the innovation consultancy Fahrenheit 212 – both based in New York City. Georgina loves mentoring designers and distilling complex systems into clear communications and frameworks. Her work has been recognised by the Type Directors Club, Best Design Awards, Coupe International, AIGA, Creative Quarterly, and others. Georgina holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Graphic Design from the Whanganui School of Design.
